Project Description: Completed installation of two LiftMaster wall-mounted (jackshaft) garage door openers in Roseville, California. Units were mounted directly to the torsion bar, eliminating the need for traditional ceiling-mounted rail systems and optimizing overhead space.

Each opener was professionally aligned and calibrated to ensure proper torque transfer, smooth door travel, and minimal vibration. Integrated soft start/stop motor profiles provide ultra-quiet operation, making them ideal for residential applications with living spaces above or adjacent to the garage.

System includes built-in security features such as automatic deadbolt locking mechanisms and encrypted signal communication. Safety devices, including photo-eye sensors, were installed and tested to meet operational standards.

Smart connectivity was configured via the myQ platform, enabling remote access, real-time status monitoring, and control from mobile devices. Final system testing confirmed proper limit settings, force adjustments, and reliable operation under load.

He came out right away, even though it was a Sunday and completely unexpected, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour.
